Tuna SaladDifficulty: Easy
2 (5 oz) Can Tuna
1/4 Cup Minced Celery
1/4 Cup Minced Red Onion
2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley
1/3 Cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt
First, finely chop the celery, red onion, and parsley.
Next, place the tuna in a medium sized bowl.
Add all chopped ingredients.
Then, add the yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and kosher salt.
Stir thoroughly and place in fridge.
Once cooled, enjoy!
