Tuna Salad

This recipe consists of all the incredible flavors as a traditional tuna salad with less calories. The main difference is substituting the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt. Greek yogurt is a great way to incorporate the creamy tastes and consistency that dairy products give with less calories and fats.

This recipe is great for sandwiches and lunches!

Tuna Salad

  • 2 (5 oz) Can Tuna

  • 1/4 Cup Minced Celery

  • 1/4 Cup Minced Red Onion

  • 2 Tbsp. Chopped Fresh Parsley

  • 1/3 Cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt 

  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard

  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

  • 1/2 Tsp. Kosher Salt


  • First, finely chop the celery, red onion, and parsley.

  • Next, place the tuna in a medium sized bowl.

  • Add all chopped ingredients.

  • Then, add the yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and kosher salt.

  • Stir thoroughly and place in fridge.

  • Once cooled, enjoy!
