Tuna Salad Boat

PA-C, Amber Holden loves this recipe and makes it regularly. It is healthy, and comes together quickly making it a perfect mid-week lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 Can of tuna
  • 2 Tbsp avocado mayo
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Process

This recipe couldn’t be easier! Mix all of the ingredients listed above in a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy! This salad is delicious served in lettuce cups, on multi-grain crackers, or just with a fork.
