Shrimp Salad

Dr. Behnawa assembled this delicious recipe in minutes! It is perfect for a summer picnic at the park


  • 1 Lb of cooked shrimp
  • 1 Large avocado, diced
  • 1/4 Red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cucumber, diced
  • 2 Sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1-2 Cloves of garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried oregano
  • 1/2 Tbsp Dried basil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


This recipe couldn’t be easier! Mix all of the ingredients listed above in a large bowl. Salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy! This salad is delicious served in lettuce cups, on multi-grain crackers, or just with a fork.
