Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe
1 package fresh (not frozen) Brussel sprouts
2 Tb olive or grape seed oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp pepper
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Spread the oil on a cookie sheet/aluminum baking pan 9×13”.
- Mix the brussels in the oil and sprinkle with the seasonings.
- Roast for approximately 20 minutes, stirring once to ensure the brussels cook evenly.
