Roasted Brussel Sprouts Recipe

  • 1 package fresh (not frozen) Brussel sprouts

  • 2 Tb olive or grape seed oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.  
  • Spread the oil on a cookie sheet/aluminum baking pan 9×13”.  
  • Mix the brussels in the oil and sprinkle with the seasonings.  
  • Roast for approximately 20 minutes, stirring once to ensure the brussels cook evenly.
