Luminaries Parfait Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)
  • 1 tsp stevia or honey to taste (optional)
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries
  • 2 Tb nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, sunflower seeds, cashews) or low-sugar granola

Stir yogurt and sweetener to mix thoroughly. Layer the yogurt, the berries, and sprinkle with nuts or granola on top. Serve immediately.
