Making Fresh Pasta is a Two Part Process:

Traditional Pasta

1 1/2 cups Semolina Pasta Flour
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
4 eggs room temperature and slightly beaten
4 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons Water
1 teaspoon salt
