-3 ripe tomatoes (cut into wedges)
-3 chicken eggs 
-2 tablespoon of olive oil
-1 tablespoon of sesame oil
-¼ teaspoon of salt
-1 tablespoon of chopped spring onion 

-1 pound (450 grams) of string beans
-4 cloves of garlic (minced)
-2 tablespoon of olive oil
-2 tablespoon of chili garlic sauce
-1 fillet of delicate white fish (tilapia/sea bass/flounder/fluke/swai/etc)
-2 spring onion (finely julienned)
-2 tablespoon ginger (finely julienned)
-2 tablespoon olive oil
-1 ½ tablespoon of soy sauce
