Chocolate MousseDifficulty: Easy
1 cup, Frozen Blueberries (do not thaw)
4 tbsp. Truvia Baking Blend Natural Stevia Sweetener With Sugar
1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
4 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup, Greek Yogurt Plain
1 large Ripe Avocado
Start by carefully removing the pit and skin from your avocado.
Add all ingredients in a blender or mixer (or with an immersion hand blender).
(While the blender is off and unplugged) Scrape the inside walls of the blender several times & blend until smooth & creamy.
Portions can be doubled to serve more people. Store leftovers in fridge.
