Chocolate Mousse

  • 1 cup, Frozen Blueberries (do not thaw)

  • 4 tbsp. Truvia Baking Blend Natural Stevia Sweetener With Sugar

  • 1 tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk 

  • 4 tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

  • 1/4 cup, Greek Yogurt Plain 

  • 1 large Ripe Avocado


  • Start by carefully removing the pit and skin from your avocado.

  • Add all ingredients in a blender or mixer (or with an immersion hand blender).

  • (While the blender is off and unplugged) Scrape the inside walls of the blender several times & blend until smooth & creamy.

  • Serve immediately!

  • Portions can be doubled to serve more people. Store leftovers in fridge.
